When we get to Christchurch, South Island, we shall collect our hired motorhome and hopefully get booked onto a campsite in Christchurch.
Hoping to get it booked in advance as not sure if it will be busy when we get there.
Here in Lincolnshire we have been looking at similar motorhomes - just to see how spacious they are. We can live with the 4 berth we have chosen. I had to make sure whatever we chose, had a loo and a shower on board and very happy to say we have both.
Just need the weather to be kind to us when we get there. _________________ Treat every day as your last as life is too short for rehearsals. |

| Hi again we went mid winter and it was absolutely freezing - our campervan was also loo-less but was not a problem. I think if I was to travel back with my girlfriend she would want more comfort. Did you get a good deal for your campervan if you don't mind me asking? |

We booked through a travel agents and the cost for 2 adults and a 13 yo came to just over £4,500. That includes our flights and the motor home for 2 weeks, oh yes also insurance too.
Our motorhome has a loo and shower - got to have some home comforts
I must say - we didnt shop around as it was a quick 'we are gonna go' decision on my part due to a family bereavement.
But its nice cos someone else has done all the booking for us - I could never book on line - being new to flying and going abroad for the very first time. _________________ Treat every day as your last as life is too short for rehearsals. |

Quick note for anyone camping - use the 'Top Ten' campsites if poss (There are more than ten of them !!) They were really good and well kitted out plus reasonabley priced too! |

| www.top10.co.nz Also a good idea to get signed up as a member - you can pick up some discounts along the way. |
